With over 35 years of experience in NYC and the tri-state area, The Titan Group (Titan) has the team and knowledge to complete the most complex and challenging demolition projects.

As an industry leader, Titan has successfully completed a wide range of structural dismantling, interior demolition, and abatement projects across the tri-state area. These projects have ranged in size from unique infrastructure demolition projects, up to multi-million dollar high-rise building deconstruction projects. Titan is experienced in working in all types of situations, from sensitive hospital environments, occupied buildings, industrial facilities, and busy, city environments.

We have an expertly trained team of supervisors, foremen, engineers, and site staff, maintaining the highest priority for safety. All foremen are OSHA certified and carry FDNY licenses for fire watch and torch use. We own, operate, and maintain a large fleet of machinery and specialized demolition equipment, including high reach and large excavators, skids steers, and demolition robots.
Partnering with our sister company, Castle Sanitation, Titan can also provide full waste services for projects, including carting, disposal, and abatement. Castle Sanitation operates and dispatches a fleet of vehicles, including mini-container compactor trucks, roll-off container trucks, and mini-container delivery trucks.
