One Madison Sky Bridge
The historic sky bridge connected the buildings located at One Madison and 11 Madison Ave. Located 12 stories up in the air, the project required significant logistical coordination. Extensive pre-planning was required to obtain road closures, crane permits, and engineering plans.
The structure was stripped and craned down in large sections. The work was completed in a tight time-frame over 2 weekends.
2019
Squibb Park Bridge
Completed over a single weekend, the dismantle and removal of the Squibb Park Bridge was a challenging project.

Extensive planning by the Titan Team ensured that the dismantle, including significant crane work, was successfully completed within the required time frame and to the praise of the client.
